The Village has several parks for your enjoyment.
Village Summer Recreation Program
The Village hosts a summer program(arts, crafts, games & sports) for children entering grades K through 6,  for 5 weeks on Tuesday-Thursday 9 AM - 12 PM. 

2021 - SUMMER RECREATION has been cancelled again for this year - due to the restrictions set forth by the State, we feel the Village cannot accommodate. We all are sorry for the disappointment.

Albany County Rail Trail
Hotaling (Evergreen) Park
The park is located at the corner of Maple and Voorheesville Avenue. The beautiful gardens are maintained by the Helderview Garden Club.The Gazebo was built by the local Kiwanis group and can be reserved for events.
The clock, donated by Huck and Josie during the Village’s Centennial Celebration held in 1999, is surrounded by benches and tables and filled with personalized bricks for your viewing.

Locust Drive Park
Enjoy a game of Bocce on a court built by our residents at Locust Drive Park.
Evergreen Park
Nichols Park
The park is located behind Village Hall. Enjoy playground equipment, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, and a sports wall. The newest addition is a Peace Garden placed by the local Girl Scouts.
