All are invited to the annual Holiday Tree Lighting, sponsored by the Helderview Garden Club, to be held in Hotaling Park on Sunday, November 26 at 4:00 pm. 

There will be an ecumenical prayer of Thanksgiving offered to start the event, with local church leaders invited to attend. Music and carol singing will be provided by Voorheesville School's Junior Chorus, Bell Ringers, and Girl Scouts, with many families in attendance joining in the singing. The Garden Club plans to give out cookies or snacks.

Mayor Richard Straut will do the honors in counting down the suspenseful lighting of the tree.
