NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Voorheesville Board of Trustees will consider the use of budget reserves, which are to be placed into the capital budget. Copies may be obtained by contacting the Village Hall (via email or phone) or on the Village Website until Tuesday, September 26, 2023, when a public hearing will be held at 6:45 pm to consider such budget funding. A Board of Trustee meeting will follow.

The budget funds to be utilized are as follows:

For the “Water Line Improvement on Pleasant St & Center St” capital improvement project, funds will be moved from the water reserve fund account to the capital budget.

For the “Sidewalk Improvement” capital improvement project, funds will be moved from the Sidewalk reserve fund account to the capital budget.

The hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave and the public is invited to attend.
