PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Voorheesville, the Board will held open a Public Hearing on an application from Serenity Subdivision (JJ Cillis) for a major subdivision at the intersection of Crow Ridge and Helderberg Parkway.  This meeting/hearing is held open at Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave. until Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 7 PM.
